Payment Timing

Payment by credit card or PayPal will be confirmed and processed at the time the order is submitted.

Delivery Timing

Once your order has been confirmed, we will arrange shipment promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer cannot be accepted.
Returns or exchanges due to product defects will be accepted within seven (7) days after delivery.
In such cases, shipping costs will be borne by our company.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued once the product has been returned to our store in its original packaging and condition.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
